After conducting a site visit to understand the history and environment of the project place, we will co-develop a vision with our client through a brainstorming session filled with ideas, stories and research insights. We envision our dream with clients to ensure the outcome is aligned with all parties.
We feel and study the space with our hearts. We analyze the location of the objects as well as the negative space between human touch and functionality. This way, we can identify pockets of room for different purposes, such as gathering or intimacy. While we start to plan out the space, we explore the functionality of the space with the client.
Based on the client’s goals as well as the site-specific history, we create a unique storyline that evoke emotions and delight the guests.
We pay close attention to all the details of the space and how they may stimulate each of the five senses. We select materials and color with a distinctive natural touch. Pique your eyes’ curiosity with artistic curation. Consider the materials and surfaces you touch. We design with each of the five senses in mind.
Once we finalize the designs, our team will produce a complete design package. We will source local materials and identify local craftsmen in our plan to ensure our design blueprint can be realized in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.
During construction, we work closely with contractors and suppliers to review our project plan, including drawings and detail of materials, to ensure the design and finishing details are perfect.
